Complaints
If you have any concerns regarding the care and education of your child whilst here at pre-school please feel free to discuss your concerns with the pre-school manager or chair of the committee. We always value comments from parents and carers and will take prompt and appropriate action in order to further improve on the quality of care that we offer. The law requires that child-care providers keep records of all complaints and have a written complaints procedure for you to follow. If you are not satisfied with the outcome after following the complaints procedure you should contact Ofsted on their helpline 08456 40 40 40.
